Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the impugned Rejection Proceedings dated 23-09- 2025 (uploaded in Mee-Seva website) whereby the petitioners application bearing Transaction ID TADR012501568850 dated 05-09-
2025 seeking sub-division of land to an extent of Ac.0-64 cents in Survey No.707/1 of Peddaganjam Village, Chinnaganjam Mandal, Bapatia District, was rejected, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to effect the sub-division and carry out mutation of the said lands in favour of the Petitioner, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the impugned Rejection Proceedings dated 23-09- 2025 (uploaded in Mee Seva website), issued by the 4th respondent, pending disposal of the above writ petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or an appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing the impugned Rejection Proceedings dated 23-09-2025 (uploaded in Mee-Seva website) whereby the petitioners application bearing Transaction ID TADR012501568850 dated 05-09-2025 seeking sub-division of land to an extent of Ac.0-64 cents in Survey No.707/1 of Peddaganjam Village, Chinnaganjam Mandal, Bapatia District, was rejected, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to effect the sub-division and carry out mutation of the said lands in favour of the Petitioner, and to pass….”
2. Heard Mr. Naga Praveen Vankayalapati, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents.
3. After filing of the Writ Petition, the respondents placed the instructions to the learned Assistant Government Pleader on 06.12.2025 and according to the said instructions, the Village Surveyor has been directed to re-examine the representation of the petitioner and survey the land again duly obtain further information from the petitioner. Accordingly, the Village Surveyor has issued notice to the petitioner and survey has been proposed to conduct on 07.12.2025 and after completion of survey of the land, the Village Surveyor will inform to the petitioner and the authorities would take appropriate action.
