Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in considering the representation dated 08.01.2025 relating to mutation of lands in Sy.No 12/5 admeasuring an extent of 0.55 cents and in Sy.No. 70/7 admeasuring an extent of 0.43 cents at Bhakrapuram revenue village of Chitvel Mandal, Annamayya District as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to provisions of A.P Rights in land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to mutate the name of the Petitioner in revenue records by considering and disposing the representation dated 08.01.2025 forthwith and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 4th Respondent to mutate the name of the Petitioner in the revenue records by considering the representation dated 08.01.2025 relating to mutation of lands in Sy.No 12/5 admeasuring an extent of 0.55 cents and in Sy.No. 70/7 admeasuring an extent of 0.43 cents at Bhakrapuram revenue village of Chitvel Mandal,Annamayya District, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“…to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in considering the representation dated 08.01.2025 relating to mutation of lands in Sy.No.12/5 admeasuring an extent of 0.55 cents and in Sy.No.70/7 admeasuring an extent of 0.43 cents at Bhakrapuram revenue village of Chitvel Mandal, Annamayya District as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of Article 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and contrary to provisions of A.P Rights in land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 and consequently direct the 4th Respondent to mutate the name of the Petitioner in revenue records by considering and disposing the representation dated 08.01.2025 forthwith and pass such other order…”

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in possession of the land an extent of Ac.0.55 cents in Sy.No.12.5, an extent of Ac.0.43 cents in Sy.No.70/7 at Bhakrapuram Village, Chitvel Mandal, Annamayya District. After the demise of her mother, the petitioner has submitted a representation dt.31.03.2022 to the 4th respondent through Mee-seva application, vide application No.FMC bearing No.GWSB62893621, for mutation of her name in the revenue records relating to the subject land, but so far not considered the representation and again the petitioner filed another representation
