Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ, order directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing notice dt. 14/08/2025 cancelling the disability pension to the petitioners without issuing any notice and opportunity for hearing the petitioner, is illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue the disability pension to the petitioner and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to continue the disability pension to the petitioner by suspending the notice dt. 14.08.2025 issued by the 4th respondent pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to Implead Proposed Respondents herein as Respondent 6 to 9 in the above Writ Petition No. 22493 of 2025 and pending interlocutory applications and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Declaring the action of the 4th respondent in issuing notice dated

14.08.2025 cancelling the disability pension to the petitioner, without issuing any notice and opportunity for hearing the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard Sri.Kappera Pavan Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Mattegunta Sudhir, learned Standing Counsel for Gram Panchayat for the respondents.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the Gram Panchayat submitted that the petitioner is receiving the disability pension and he has instructions to the said effect, accordingly, prayed to close the writ petition.
