Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order of direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus by calling for the records of Respondent No.2 relating to the impugned order dated 08.09.2017 by listing the Petitioner name at S. No. 26218 pertaining to the Petitioner as disqualified Directors uploaded in the website of the Respondent No.1 as illegal, arbitrary, devoid of merit and to quash the list Dt. 08.09.2017 uploaded in the website of Respondent No.1 with regard to the Petitioner and consequently direct the Respondents herein to permit the Petitioner to continue them as Director of the Companies and/or get appoint or reappointed as Director of any Company without any interference and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased stay of the operation of the impugned order dated 08.09.2017 published by the respondents which was uploaded in the website of the Respondent No.1, with S.No. 26218, by activating the DIN No. 02413597 and digital signature of the Petitioner, in so far as the Petitioner herein is concerned, pending disposal of the above writ petition, and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order, of direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus by calling for the records of Respondent No.2 relating to t/ impugned order dt.08.09.2017 by listing the petitioner name at SINo.26,218 pertaining to the Petitioner as disqualified Directors uploaded in the website of the Respondent No.1 as illegal, arbitrary, devoid of merit and to quash the list Dt.08.09.2017 uploaded in the website of Respondent No.1 with regard to the petitioner and consequently direct the Respondents herein to permit the petitioner to continue them as Director of the Companies and/or get appoint or reappointed as Director of any Company without any interference and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper the in circumstances of the case. It is also just and necessary that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased stay of the operation of the impugned order dated 08.09.2017 published by the respondents which was uploaded in the website of the Respondent No.1 with S. No.26218 by activating the DIN No.02413597 and digital signature of the Petitioner, in so far as the Petitioner herein is concerned, pending disposal of the above writ petition, and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
