Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an appropraite Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 3 to 5 in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner, dt. 18.11.2023 inspite of repeated requests, which is illegal, arbitrary, violative of provisions of Criminal Procedure Code, offence under Indian Penal Code, violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to initiate departmental action against the respondents 3 to 5 for violating the Honble Apex Court directions in Lalitkumari Vs Govt, of U.P., Bhajanlal Vs State of Haryana, Lallan Chowdary Vs State of Bihar, Sindhu Janak Nagargoje Vs State of Maharashtra, and the Circular of Home Affairs vide No. 15011/91/2013- SC/ST/W, dt.06.02.2014 and for offences committed under Section 166A of Indian Penal Code, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to take action on the represenation of the petitioner, dt. 18.11.2023, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to initate departmental action against the respondents 3 to 5 for violating the Hon’ble Apex Court directions in Lalitkumari Vs Govt, of U.P., Bhajanlal Vs State of Haryana, Lallan Chowdary Vs State of Bihar, Sindhu Janak Nagargoje Vs State of Maharashtra, and the Circular of Home Affairs vide NO.15011/91/2013- SC/ST/W, dt.06.02.2014 and for offences committed under Section 166A of Indian Penal Code, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
