Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 1 to 5 granting "No Objection Certificate" vide Rc. No. 1446/A3/DF0/2012 Dated 17-112012 to construction of Godown for Storage of 6000 Kgs of LPG Cylinders to the 6th respondent under the scheme of Rajiv Gandhi Grameena LPG vitrak (RGGLV) adjacent to the land in Sy. No. 193/7, Dornala Village of the petitioner without following due procedure is illegal and arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to Rule 140 of the Petroleum Rules, 2002 and Schedule VIII of Explosives Rules, 1983 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 not to grant permission of construction of Godown for storage of 6000 Kgs LPG gas adjacent to the land in Sy.No. 193/7 of Domal Village, Prakasam District IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 211 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 1 to 5 not to grant permission of construction of Godown for storage of 6000 Kgs LPG gas adjacent to the land in Sy.No. 193/7 of Dornala Vilage, Prakasam District Counsel for the Petitioner:

Though the matter was adjourned on 20.08.2025 and 01.09.2025 at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, a similar request was made on 05.11.2025. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 25.11.2025.On 25.11.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption “for dismissal”.

Today when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not ready to prosecute the case.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
