ORDER This writ petition is filed questioning inaction of respondents in not taking action against the encroachments over the government land, classified as Poramboke, in an extent of Ac.0-05 cents in Survey No.121 of Ramavaram Panchayat, Anandhapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.

2. The respondent no.6-Panchayat Secretary, filed counter affidavit specifically stating at Para no.7 that the authorities have removed the illegal construction made by respondent no.7.
