Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction mostly one which is in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd Respondent in taking a decision on the Representation of the Petitioner dated 01-10-2025 for shifting of the licensed premises under the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Shop and Conditions of License) Rules, 2024 despite submission of all reports by other concerned authorities as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, unjustified and unsustainable and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to forthwith pass orders on the Representation of the Petitioner dated 01-10-2025 for shifting of the licensed premises under the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Shop and Conditions of License) Rules, 2024 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 2nd Respondent to pass orders on the Representation of the Petitioner dated 01-10-2025 for shifting of the licensed premises under the Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of License of Selling by Shop and Conditions of License) Rules, 2024 immediately and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased t may be pleased to implead me and come on record as proposed respondent No.6 in the I.A.No.1 of 2025 as well as W.P.NO.30790 OF 2025 and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
