The writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a Writ, Order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering my Mee Seva online Application No. ANPL 2025031064, dt. 10-03-2025, 23-09-2024 Revenue (CCLA) Record of Rights (ROR) correction of entries in revenue Records, consequential grant of Pattadar Pass book under Record of Rights Act ,1971 is bad, illegal and arbitrary and to consider the same and to pass…”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made applications dated 10.03.2025 and 23.09.2024 to the respondent authorities under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject land admeasuring an extent of Ac.0.40 cents in Survey No.305-2A in Tutipala Revenue, Makavarapalem Mandal, Ankapalli District and further that the petitioner also made an application under Form-6A. It is contended that, despite the same, the respondents have not considered and passed orders till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.
4. Despite granting sufficient time, the learned Government Pleader is not able to get any instructions from the authorities.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondents, more particularly respondent No.4 to consider the applications made by the petitioner and take appropriate action as per rules, within a period of two (02) months, from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
