This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“....to issue a Writ order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No. 4 in registering F.I.R. in Cognizable Offence and consequently direct the Respondent No.4 to register F.I.R on the Complaint given by petitioner on 28.11.2024 and to pass...”

3. Heard Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the respondent police received the complaint of the petitioner and upon conducting enquiry, contents of the complaint found to be false and hence they have not registered the crime.

5. Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
