This Court made the following ORDER:
1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the Petitioners for the following relief:
“to issue any appropriate Writ, Order or direction, preferably a Writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th Respondent in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records i.e. title deeds and issuance of e-pattadar pass book to the dry land to an extent of Ac. 1-36 cents in Sy.No. 1870/1 of Kurabalakota Village, Kurabalakota Mandal, Annamayya District as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records to the dry land to an extent of Ac. 1-36 cents in Sy.No.1870/1 of Kurabalakota Village, Kurabalakota Mandal, Annamayya District and to pass…”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation/application dated 17.01.2024 to the respondent authorities under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of e-pattadar passbooks in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject land admeasuring an extent of Ac. 1-36 cents in Sy.No. 1870/1 of Kurabalakota Village, Kurabalakota Mandal, Annamayya District. It is contended that, despite receipt of the said representation/on-line- application, the respondent authorities have neither considered the petitioner’s request nor issued any orders/proceedings till date.
Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.
4. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents, submits that if the petitioner submits a fresh representation in Form-6A, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an application in Form No.6A seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks in respect of the subject property, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation/application in Form No. 6A, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and, after issuing notice to the petitioners, other legal heirs, if any, and all other stakeholders, including persons claiming rights by way of tenancy, encroachment, or occupation, shall conduct a detailed enquiry. Thereafter, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
