Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an appropriate Writ order or direction, more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.2485/2013/GVMC/FPW/dt.14.5.2013 directing the petitioner to pay the Property Tax up to date for issuing NOC (Fire Safety Certificate) as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and direct the 2nd and 5th respondents forthwith to issue NOC (Fire Safety Certificate) to the petitioner IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 43248 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 5th respondent to issue Fire Safety Certificate to the petitioner if the application of the petitioner dt.19.2.2013 is in accordance with the A.P.
