...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, direction or writ, more appropriately a WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of the Respondents in not paying the dues for which the Petitioner Firm is entitled to, as per their entitlement, is illegal and discriminatory and further direct the Respondents herein to pay the entire dues payable to the Petitioner Firm herein as per their entitlement, i.e. (1),Rs.8,32,473/- (rupees eight lakhs thirty two thousand four hundred and seventy three only) from the 4th Respondent herein, i.e., Rajahmundry Cooperative Spinning Mills Ltd., Rajahmundry, (2) Rs.2,71,632/-(rupees two lakhs seventy one thousand six hundred and thirty two only) from the 3rd Respondent herein i.e., Nellore Cooperative Spinning Mills Ltd., Nellore and (3) Rs.11,17,412/- (rupees eleven lakhs seventeen thousand four hundred and twelve only) from the 5th Respondent herein, i.e., Raja Rajeswara Cooperative Spinning Mills Ltd., Sirisilla, Karimnagar District forthwith along with interest at 24% per annum from the date of dues till the date of payment and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 10923 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondents herein to pay 50% of the total dues payable i.e., out of the total amount of i.e. (1)Rs.8,32,473/-(rupees eight lakhs thirty two thousand four hundred and seventy three only) from the

4th Respondent herein, i.e., Rajahmundry Cooperative Spinning Mills Ltd., Rajahmundry, (2) Rs.2,71,632/-(rupees two lakhs seventy one thousand six hundred and thirty two only) from the 3rd Respondent herein i.e., Nellore Cooperative Spinning Mills Ltd., Nellore and (3) Rs.11,17, 412/- (rupees eleven lakhs seventeen thousand four hundred and twelve only) from the 5th Respondent herein, i.e., Raja Rajeswara Cooperative Spinning Mills Ltd., Sircilla, Karimnagar District forthwith pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass.
