However, the court did not examine the merits of the case as the petitioner's counsel requested the withdrawal of the petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in appointing Smt. Shaik Khadirun W/o Mahaboob Basha, Leader of Bismillah SHG as Temporary Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No. 1146023, Rayavaram Village, T.Sundupalli Mandal, Annamayya District through Proceedings Ref.No.LRDT/1270/2023, dated 14-12-2023 basing on the recommendation made by the 3rd respondent who created unwillingness letter as submitted by the petitioner is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, violative of principles of Natural Justice and contrary to provisions of the Essential Commodities Act and the A.P State Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2018 and consequently set-aside the same and direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Incharge Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No. 1146023, Rayavaram Village, T.Sundupalli Mandal, Annamayya District and pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to continue the petitioner as Incharge Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No. 1146023, Rayavaram Village, T.Sundupalli Mandal, Annamayya District by duly suspending the operation of the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Proceedings RefNo.LRDT/ 1270/2023, dated 14-12-2023, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass
The Court made the following order:
Sri V.Rajanna, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
