JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, against the decree and the award dated 27.02.2004 in M.V.O.P.No.428 of 1999 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum- District Judge, Chittoor.

2. As there was no representation on behalf of the appellant on 12.02.2026, the matter was posted to 19.02.2026 under the caption ‘for dismissal’. On 19.02.2026, at request of Sri N.Vishnuvardhan, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was posted to today i.e., 26.02.2026 under the same caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant.

3. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default.

No order as to costs.
