Heard Sri Sita Ram Chaparla, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel attached to the Office of the learned Additional Advocate General, appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is against the proceedings of the

2^nd respondent dated 01.08.2022, rejecting the application of the petitioner dated 10.03.2022 submitted for re-conversion of non-agricultural lands into agricultural lands in respect of the lands in Ac. 3.07 cents, in Sy. No.158-A1 & Ac.0.42 cents in Sy. No.158-C1 of Kovelamudi Revenue Village in Vatticherukuru Mandal of Guntur District.

3. It is contended that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject lands, having succeeded to the same by inheritance through his wife, who had purchased the property in the year 2013. During her lifetime, she was in possession and enjoyment of the subject lands. After her demise, the petitioner succeede
