3.Smt.Syed Akramunisa, W/o.Late Syed Mohaboob Basha, aged about 52 years, Proprietress of Sri Rama Saw Mill, Proddatur, Y.S.R.Kadapa District.

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, to declare the delay and inaction on the part of the respondents Nos.2 to 4 in considering and disposing of the applications dated 20.12.2024 submitted by the petitioners for renewal of their respective saw mills situated in Proddatur Town, Y.S.R.Kadapa District, as arbitrary, illegal and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents Nos.2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the applications dated 20.12.2024 submitted by the petitioners for renewal of their respective saw mills situated in Proddatur Town, Y.S.R.Kadapa District forthwith and to pass such other order, which this Court deems fit in the interest of justice.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the writ petition is withdrawn in view of the disposal of the Writ Appeal No.1038 of

2025 filed by the Forest Department on 05.01.2026.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition, if necessary, consequent to the direction in the Writ Appeal No.1038 of 2025. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
