Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of 4th respondent/R.D.O., Kanigiri, Markapuram District, who suspended the authorization of petitioner in his proceedings dt.29-12-2025 in Rc.E/1021/2025, is illegal, arbitrary and opposed to the spirit of Judgments of this Honble High Court and also against the mandatory provision of Control Order, and also violate of principals of natural justice and without opportunity to petitioner and without any enquiry and without jurisdiction and set-aside the proceedings of 4th respondent/R.D.O., Kanigiri, Markapuram District, dt.29-12-2025 in Rc.E/1021/2025 and consequently to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as FP Shop dealer. Shop No 0811008, Garladinne Village, Konakanametia Mandal, Kanigiri Revenue Division, Prakasam District, A.P., and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to stay the proceeding of impugned orders of 4th respondent/RDO, Kanigiri, dt.29-12-2025 in Rc. Challenging the proceedings issued by the 4th respondent vide Rc.E/1021/2025 dated 29.12.2025, wherein the authorization of the petitioner as Fair Price Shop dealer of Shop No.0811008 in Garladinne Village, Konakanametla Mandal, Kanigiri Revenue Division, Prakasam District, was suspended without considering the explanation and without any enquiry, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Heard Sri Alapati Vivekananda, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Vineeth Appasani, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner while reiterating the contents of the affidavit contended that, a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 17.12.2025 on the alleged ground of variations in the stocks. He further submitted that, to the said show cause notice, the petitioner has submitted an explanation dated 22.12.2025 to the respondent authorities, however, without considering the same, the respondent authorities have issued impugned proceedings dated 29.12.2025 suspending the petitioner’s dealership for fair price shop No.0811008 for indefinite period even without hearing the petitioner.
