Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of NRT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondents more particularly 5thRespondent in mutating the name of 8th Respondent in all record of rights connected to Petitioners agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac. 2.00 Cents out of total extent Ac. 4.08 Cents covered by Sy.No. 267-1B (Earlier 267-1) of Tadikalapudi Revenue Village, Kamavarapukota Mandal, Eluru (Erstwhile West Godavari) District, without issuing any prior notice to him in contravention of law laid by the full bench of this Honble Court in Chinnam Pandurangam v. Mandal Revenue Officer Ors. cited as 2007 (6) ALD 348 (FB) as illegal, irregular, irrational and voilative of provisions of Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and Rules framed there under and offends Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents more particularly Respondent No. 5 to restore the record of rights with Petitioners name by deleting the name of Respondent in respect of Petitioners said land without allowing registration of any documents connected thereto and pas IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to suspend the operation of mutation entries stand in the name of 8th respondent connected to Petitioner’s agricultural landed property admeasuring Ac. 2.00 Cents out of total extent Ac. 4.08 Cents covered by Sy.No. 267-1B (Earlier 267-1) of Tadikalapudi Revenue Village, Kamavarapukota Mandal, Eluru (Erstwhile West Godavari) District, consequently direct the 7th Respondent not to entertain any deed of conveyance being presented by the 8th Respondent, pending disposal of main writ petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased May be pleased to receive the documents such as Copy of Order in I.A.No. 623/2025 in O.S. No. 16/2025, dt.16.04.2025 and Copy of Plaint in O.S. No. 16 of 2025, being filed herewith in W.P.No. 8774 of
