Heard Sri S.K. Rizwan Ali, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri K.K. Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.2 & 3, Sri P. Vengal Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.4 & 5, Sri K.G. Krishna Murthy, learned Senior Counsel representing Sri K. Raghu Veer, learned Counsel for the Respondent Nos.6 to 10 and Sri P. Janardhana Reddy, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.11.

2. In terms of the directions of this Court, the Written Instructions are submitted by Respondent No.4 along with the Survey Report prepared by the Town Surveyor, Municipal Corporation of Tirupati dated 09.02.2026 and other documents. Copies of it are supplied to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the same are taken on record. The Survey Report would indicate that the documents presented by the Petitioner herein as regards the Sale Deed etc. were registered by the GPA Holder by name Sri Paringichetti Dheeraj Kumar (Ex.P.2).

3. Sri P. Janardhana Reddy, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.11, would submit that on account of the dispute raised by the Petitioner, the Respondent No.11 has filed Caveat before the District Judge, Tirupati

4. Sri K.G. Krishna Murthy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondents Nos.6 to 10, would submit that the said Respondents also have filed Caveat. It is submitted by both the learned Counsel representing the Respondent Nos.6 to 11 that the Petitioner herein, having full knowledge about the filing of the Caveat in the Competent Court namely the District Court, Tirupati, has filed the present Writ Petition by abusing the process of law because the Unofficial Respondents Nos.6 to 11 have not yet filed Counter Affidavit in the Writ Proceedings. They would submit that the Writ Petitioner has secured an Interim Order by misleading the Court by not stating the true fact
