2nd Respondent and further declare that the Petitioner is entitled to salary from June 2020 to May 2022 with all consequential allowances, Career Advancement Scheme benefits, Revised Pay Scales of UGC 2006 and 2016 and further calculate his pention considering the said period from June 2020 to May 2022 as on duty and pay arrears thereof and pass such other order or orders as the Honourable Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
