Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents particularly 3rd Respondent in not releasing the Financial Assistance Rs. 10,00,000/- for studying abroad under 'Videshi Vidya Deevana Scheme for the year 2018-2019 to my son having been approved of his name with ID OV2018116865 for the said benefit by the State Level Screening Committee as highly illegal, opposed to the Policy Decision of the Government, Arbitrary exercise of power and also opposed to legitimate expectation and consequently direct the respondents to release the financial assistance under the said scheme forthwith to mitigate the hardship of the selected student and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Pleased to direct the respondents to release financial assistance of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Ten Lakhs)under Videshi Vidhya deevena Scheme to the son of the petitioner Kota Ranga Raja Perumallu forth with under Application ID No.OV2018116865, pending disposal of the writ petition and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased May be permit the petitioner to amend (a). The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not releasing financial assistance of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only), sanctioned to the Petitioner (Application I.D. No.OV2018116865) under „Videshi Vidya Deevana‟ Overseas Scholarship scheme, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The Petitioner had applied for financial assistance under „Videshi Vidya Deevana‟ Overseas Scholarship scheme for the academic year 2018-2019 and the same was allotted with Application I.D. No.OV2018116865. After due verification, Respondent No.3 sanctioned Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) in favour of the Petitioner for pursuing Masters in Computer Science Course at University of Dayton, United States of
