A writ petition may be closed when the interim directions granted by the court have been fully implemented by the respondents, thereby satisfying the primary relief sought by the petitioner.

Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate direction, order or writ more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not permitting the petitioner to discharge his duties as S.G.Teacher in R4 institution and the inaction on the part of the official respondents in giving appropriate instructions to the 4th respondent, as being arbitrary, illegal and subversive of Rule of Law violating Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent to forthwith permit the petitioner to sign in the official attendance register, allot work to him and include his name in the Grant in Aid Bills enabling him to receive his salary and issue' such other writ or order or direction as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of case.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to sign in the official attendance register and include his name in the Grant In Aid Bills enabling him to receive his salary, pending disposal of the Writ Petition, in the interest of justice

2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to attend duties as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 4th respondent institution.

3. This Court, on 10.04.2013, granted an interim direction to the 4th respondent to permit the petitioner to discharge his duties as a Secondary Grade Teacher.

4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the interim order dated 10.04.2013 has been implemented.

5. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed, as the order passed by this Court has been implemented. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
