circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of

writ of mandamus to declaring the issue a Writ, Order or direction more

particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings

issued by the 1st respondent in notice No.382/2012/DVC/B4, dated

/11/2012 as illegal, arbitrary, suffers from non application of mind, contrary to

G.O.Ms.No.98, dated 9.3.2010, contrary to Circular dated 27.1.2010, contrary

to orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.14121 of 2009 and batch

dated 7.7.2010 and also violative of principles of natural justice and

consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Field
