Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ/order/direction one more particularly in nature of a writ of mandamus declaring action of the 2nd respondent bank in insisting on a succession certificate from the petitioner, to permit the petitioner to access and operate the Savings Account nos. 30368232996, 30357298111 and FD Account Nos. 39883083085, 34739333325 in the 2nd respondent bank, belonging to the deceased family of the petitioner viz.. Late Smt. Pasupuleti Induvadana and Late Ms Pasupuleti Neeraja Santhan, vide letter of the 2nd respondent dated 19.7.2024, without reference to the Succession Certificate in favour of the father of the petitioner or the Registered Will in favour of the Petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 and Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and the RBI Circular dated 22/8/2000 and violative of the Fundamental Rights of the petitioner under Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently permit the petitioner to settle the claims of Late Smt. Pasupuleti Induvadana and Late Ms Pasupuleti Neeraja Santhan i.e. the Savings Account nos. 30368232996, 30357298111 and FD Account Nos. 39883083085, 34739333325 in the 2nd bank IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21/6/2024 and email dated 18/7/2024, afresh, without reference to the letter of the 2nd respondent dated 19/7/2024 and without insisting upon the succession certificate pending disposal of the above writ petition Counsel for the Petitioner:
