Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein for deleting the name of the petitioners' father from the revenue records such as, Adangal, ROR, Pattadar Passbook and Form 1-B (ROR) etc., in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.02.64 cents in Sy.No.144/1, situated at Gorigenuru Village fields, Jammalamadugu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District and not considering the petitioners' representations dated 04-07-2022 and 20-07- 2022, for mutation of their names in revenue records by deleting the names of the respondents 5 and 7, as illegal, unjust, in violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the names of the petitioners in revenue records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.02.64 cents in Sy.No.144/1, situated at Gorigenuru Village fields, Jammalamadugu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District and issue Pattadar pass books, title deeds, Form-1 (ROR) etc., in favour of the petitioners and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 4th respondent to conduct the enquiry as per the direction of the 3rd respondent vide letter vide No.A1/989/2021 dated 22-07-2022, pending disposal of writ petition and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant leave to the Respondent No.4 to file counter affidavit in the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):

2. The instant writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in deleting the name of the petitioners’ father in the Revenue records and mutating the names of the unofficial respondents.

It is contended that the petitioners’ father was the absolute owner of the subject property of Ac.2.64 cents in Sy.No.144/1, Gorigenuru Village fields, Jammalamadugu Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, and that he had expired on 03.02.2010, leaving behind the petitioner, their mother, and brother as legal heirs to their father.
