Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that
in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High
Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, One in the nature of a Writ of
Mandamus or any other appropriate Wirt, Direction or the action of the
respondents 1 to 4 not paying the pending bonus amount to workers of

the 4th respondent mill for the year 2014-2015 by considering the
representations dated 19.12.2017 and 01.03.2018 as illegal arbitrary
and volatile of Article 21, 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and
consequently direct the 4th respondent to release and pay the pending
bonus to the workers here in and pass

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court
may be pleased to direct the 4th respondents here in to pay the
pending enhanced bonus to the workers of the 4th respondent mill for
the year 2014-2015 as per the Gazette Notification dated 01.01.2016
pending disposal of the above writ petition, and pass

shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in
