The Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 3 in issuing Look Out Circulars (LOC) vide No.1/SIC/ACK/LOC/2023-12521 & No.1/SIC/(ACK)/LOC/2023- 12548, dated 24.08.2023 against petitioners at the instance of de facto complainant and her family members in Crime No.97 of 2023 of Ulavapadu Police Station, SPSR Nellore, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for brevity ‘IPC’) and Sections 67 and 67A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 which is the subject matter of Calendar Case No.63 of 2024 on the file of the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kandukur, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the said Look Out Circulars.
