Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the inaction of respondents on petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2026 and the villager's representation dated 24.01.2026, submitted for requesting to drop the proposal of construction of the Gram Panchayat Building at Sy. No. 958 of Ramavarappadu (Kothuru) Village, as proposed under the proceedings of the 6TH Respondent in Rc.B.557/2025 dated 22.12.2025 and to locate the same at a more convenient and central place, preferably in Ramavarappadu (Core) Village, including the Government land in Sy. No. 782 admeasuring Ac.0.28 cents or any other suitable alternative site, as illegal, arbitrary, irrational and amounts to non-discharge of statutory and legal obligation conferred on respondents under the provisions of Andhra Pradesh Panchayath Act, 1994 and Rules framed thereunder and consequently direct the respondents to stop construction of Grama Sachivalayam building in presently selected survey number 958 of Ramavarappadu (Kothuru) Village and Shift the same to survey number 782 of same village or at any other place of Ramavarappadu main village and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and initiate necessary action on petitioner’s representation dated 17.02.2026 and the villager’s representation dated 24.01.2026, submitted for requesting to drop the proposal of construction of the Grama Panchayat Building at Sy. No. 958 of Ramavarappadu (Kothuru) Village, by suspending the operation of 6TH Respondent’s proceedings in Rc.B.557/2025 dated 22.12.2025 and consequently direct the respondents to locate the same at a more convenient and central place, preferably in Ramavarappadu (Core) Village, including the Government land in Sy. No. 782 admeasuring Ac.0.28 cents or any other suitable alternative site, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner(S):
