Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toIssue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Rc.No.D4/246/2011, dated 31.03.2011 and confirmed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings R.C. No.D4/ 246/ 2011, dated 06.12.2011, as illegal, arbitrary and un- constitutional and in gross violation of principles of natural justice and set aside the same and consequentially direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as Field Assistant (Fixed Term Employee) with all consequential benefits and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2012(WPMP 16197 OF 2012 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay all further proceedings of the orders passed by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Rc.No.D4/246/2011, dated 31.03.2011 and confirmed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings R.C. ORDER:

1. No representation for the petitioner today also.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 submits that the petitioner was engaged as a Field Assistant on a contract basis for a temporary period and that the tenure of the said contract has also expired. Thereafter, the contracts were entered into with other parties.

3. Recording the submissions, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
