Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in withholding the elections to the petitioners Societies vide Proceedings in Rc.No.2257/2012-E, dt.18.04.2013 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and unsustainable and consequently set aside the same by directing the Respondents to proceed further with the elections as per the schedule fixed and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
