Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased tomay be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction. more particularly
one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in
placing the Petitioner land i.e. land measuring 2.0 acres in Survey No. 756-3,
situated in Bodumailuvaripalli Village, Pileru Mandal, Chittoor District in
Dispute Register, and showing as digital signature not done by the Tashildar
as illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of Natural Justice and violation
of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently
direct the respondents to remove the land measuring 2.0 acres in Survey No.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased

Survey No. 756-3, situated in Bodumalluvaripalli illage, Pileru Mandal,

The Court made the following ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant
Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. This Writ Petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in
placing the petitioner’s land i.e., land in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in
Sy.No.756-3, situated in Bodumalluvaripalli Village, Pileru Mandal, Chittoor
District in the disputed register and showing as the digital signature not done
by the Tahsildar.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying
upon the written instructions of the 4threspondent dated 04.02.2026 submits
that the subject land forms part of the D-Form patta and it is an assigned land
and the petitioner purchased it through an unregistered sale agreement
violating the assignment conditions and as such, the subject land is kept in the
Dispute Register in Webland Adandal.
4. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without
giving any opportunity to the petitioner, the subject land was placed in the
Dispute Register.
5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is
permitted to make a representation to the 3rd respondent, enclosing all the
necessary documents in support of her claim within a period of four (04)
weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. On receipt of such
representation, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the
same strictly in accordance with law by hearing all the parties concerned,
including the petitioner giving due opportunity, upon verification of the records

and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its
