Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the

circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be

pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more

particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the order

Rc.D2/SRA/140/2021 dated 17-01-2023 passed by the 2nd Respondent, as

arbitrary, illegal, violation of Principles of Natural Justice and in violation of

Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the

Respondents to restore the licence of the petitioner's fair price shop

The case of the petitioner is that she is a Fair Price Shop dealer for shop

No.6016019, Moula Nagar, Gollapudi, Vijayawada. The authorization was issued

in the year 2006 and said authorization was extended in the year 2019 vide

proceedings dated 29.05.2019. While so, basing on the confession of one auto

driver-cum-owner, whose auto was seized, a crime was registered against the

petitioner vide FIR No.808/2020 dated 25.09.2020 under Section 420 of the
