Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari fied Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or Direction, declaring the oral removal from service, deletion of biometric attendance, and the Termination of the petitioner by the 5 respondent as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and violative of Articles 14, 16, and 21 of the Constitution of India and the principles of natural justice, and consequently set aside the said oral termination, and further direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Anganwadi Worker (Aaya) at the 25th Anganwadi Centre, Allagadda Urban, with full back wages, continuity of service, and ail attendant and consequential benefits, and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 5th respondent to forthwith restore the petitioner’s biometric attendance and permit her to discharge her duties as Anganwadi Worker, pending disposal of the writ petition, with all service and monetary benefits, and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER:

The present writ petition was filed on the ground that without passing any orders, the services of the petitioner have been terminated orally. Considering the said submissions, this Court directed the respondents to get instructions. Based on the same, the respondents have placed the order passed by the 5^th respondent on 10.12.2025 wherein the respondents have conducted an enquiry and based on the enquiry, the District Selection Committee has examined the issue and passed the orders terminating the services of the petitioner vide orders dated 10.12.2025. The same was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner also.

2. On perusal of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner requested to dismiss the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to assail the same in a separate proceedings.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to assail the order dated 10.12.2025 in a separate proceedings. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
