Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent issuing the impugned Proceedings in RC. No. 957/2013-C dated 20-4-2013 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in R.C. Est. S. No. 1/2013-14 dated 25-4-2013 placing me under suspension without issuing any show cause notice as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and contrary to section 59 of the A.P. Co.operative Societies Act, 1964 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 16929 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Proceedings of the 1st respondent in RC. No. 957/2013-C dated 20-4-2013 and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in R.C. Est. S. No. 1/2013-14 dated 25-4-2013 placing the petitioner under suspension, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass

Order:-
The petitioner has challenged the suspension proceedings dated
20.04.2013 and the consequent proceedings dated 25.04.2013 placing the petitioner under suspension without issuing any notice.
2. When the matter was admitted, no interim orders were granted and, on account of efflux of time, the enquiry and further orders have been passed.
The petitioner would have to challenge the subsequent orders.
3. On these considerations, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
