Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in rejecting my MeeSeva Application No. DER012501576031, dated 21.11.2025, seeking Patta Sub-Division in respect of my agricultural land bearing Survey Nos. 51/1 and 56/3, situated at Nannur Village, Orvakal Mandal, Kurnool District, without passing speaking order or without mentioning the grounds for rejection as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and violative of Articles 14 and 300-A of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondent authorities to consider and dispose of the aforesaid application in accordance with law and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to consider and dispose my MeeSeva Application No. DER012501576031, dated 21.11.2025 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order, and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in rejecting the MeeSeva Application No.DER01250 1576031, dated 21.11.2025 of the petitioner seeking patta sub-division in respect of the agriculture land of the petitioner bearing Sy.Nos.51/1 and 56/3 situated at Nannur Village, Orvakal Mandal, Kurnool District without passing speaking order or without mentioning the grounds for rejection.
3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 3rd respondent dated 23.02.2026 submits that the land in Sy.Nos.51 and 56 of Nannur Village is a patta land as per resurvey and resettlement register of Nannur Village. The petitioner requested to subdivide the land. Hence, notices were issued to the pattadars in Sy.Nos.51 and 56 by the Mandal Surveyor, Orvakal informing that the survey in the land in Sy.No.51 and 56 will be held on 06.02.2026. The survey was conducted in the presence of the petitioner’s representative and the lands in Sy.No.51 and 56 were subdivided. The subdivision report was scrutinized by the Deputy Inspector of Survey, Kurnool. The subdivision report was served to the petitioner and acknowledgement was received. Hence, the request of the writ petitioner for subdivision of Sy.Nos.51 and 56 of Nannur Village of Orvakal Mandal is resolved.
4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, recording the said instructions of the 3rd respondent, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
