This intra court appeal under Clause 15 of Letters Patent is preferred against the order dated 07.05.2025 of the learned Single Judge passed in W.P.No.12605 of 2025, whereby the writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents therein to give effect to the joint inspection report dated 10.01.2009 and assess the compensation to be paid in terms of what has been already assessed in respect of other claimants.

2. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the appellants and Sri Sita Ram Chaparla, learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The State has acquired the private lands of the respondents for the public purpose of constructing the Somasila Project. After acquiring the said land of the respondents, compensation was also fixed for the said lands, which is payable to
