Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents for non processing of the petitioner quarry lease application for grant of quarry lease for Colour Granite, over an extent of 5.27 Acres/2.132 Hectares in Sy.No.552-C3C (0.348Ha), 552-C3C (0.546 Ha), 552-C3F (0.364 Ha), 552- C3G (0. 283 Ha) and 552- C4B (0.279 Ha), 552-C4C (0.312 Ha) of Murikipudi village, Chilakuluripet Mandal, Bapatia District, (Erstwhile Guntur District,) Andhra Pradesh, dated

18.08.2021 by Respondents, as arbitrary, unjust, against principles of natural Justice and unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 and consequently direct the Respondent authorities to consider the petitioner representation and direct the respondents to grant quarry lease, in favour of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2026 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to consider the petitioner quarry lease application for grant of quarry lease for Colour Granite, over an extent of 6.50 Acres in Sy.
