Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner by issuing the appointment order for the post of Anganwadi worker of Apilagunta -H Center, Apilagunta (Vil), Marripadu Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District even though the petitioner was only the candidate who attended the interview and was selected is arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner by issuing the appointment order for the post of Anganwadi worker of Apilagunta -II Center, Apilagunta Marripadu Mandal, S.P.S.R. ORDER:

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner challenged the proceedings of the respondents declaring her ineligible for appointment to the post of Anganwadi Worker in W.P. No. 20253 of 2013; the said writ petition was allowed on 15.06.2022, and the petitioner is now working as an Anganwadi Worker.

2. Recording the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
