ORDER:

The Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the official Respondents in not taking any action on the representations dated 05/08/2024 and 05/03/2025, submitted by the Petitioner and not registering any F.I.R. against the unofficial Respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Principles of Natural Justice, violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Official Respondents to take immediate action on the Petitioners representations dated

05/08/2024 and 05/03/2025…”

2. Heard the learned counsel for Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader.

3. Mr. P.S.P. Suresh Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that the complaints lodged by the Petitioner dated 05.08.2024 and 05.03.2025 have not been registered as F.I.Rs by the Respondent Police.

4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the Respondent Police have conducted a preliminary enquiry and noticed that the complaints are civil in nature. Therefore, they could not proceed further. It is further submitted that there is a civil dispute at the appellate stage pending between the Petitioner, Respondent No.6, and others.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate for appropriate relief.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
