GORINTLA CHANDRA SEKHARA RAO – Appellant
Versus
THE STATE OF AP – Respondent
WRIT APPEAL No.833 OF 2025
JUDGMENT:
(Per Hon’ble Sri Justice Battu Devanand)
This Writ Appeal is filed against the order, dated 09.12.2024 in W.P.No.21485 of 2024, passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.
Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents. Perused the order under appeal.
It appears that the learned Single Judge has recorded the request made by the counsel for the petitioner therein, who sought permission to withdraw the writ petition and after according permission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Though the learned counsel for the appellant contending that the respondent No.7 forced and threatened the appellant/petitioner to withdraw the writ petition before the learned Single Judge, he could not place any material to substantiate the same.
In view of the same, in our considered view, there are no merits in the writ appeal.
Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
