Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS, or any other appropriate writ or writs, declaring the action of the respondent No.2 to 4 in allotting the land of the petitioners Adm. Acs.9-29 Cents in Sy.No.188/1 land Adm.Ac.4-45 Cents, Sy.No.266/3 land Adm. Acs.2-76 Cents, Sy.No.277/1 land Adm. Acs.2.08 Cents, situated at Chinna Nandigama Village, G.Konduru Mandal, Krishna District, to the third parties, during the subsistence of the Status-quo orders passed in I.A.No.710/2018 in L.R.A.No.1/2018 dated.06-08-2018 is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of natural justice. Consequently, direct the Respondent No. 4 not to allot the petitioners land to the third parties pending disposal of the appeal in L.R.A.No.1/2018 pending on the file of LRAT-Cum-11 Addl. District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru.
IA No.1 OF 2018 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent No.4 not to allot the petitioners land to the third parties pending disposal of the appeal pending before LRAT-Cum-II Addl. District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru vide I.A.No.710/2018 in L.R.A.No.1/2018 daed.06-
08-2018, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Muddu Vijai, learned counsel for the petitioners, fairly submits that by virtue of the order, dated 24.02.2026, passed in L.R.A. No.1/2018 by the Chairman, L.R.A.T-cum-II Additional District Judge, West Godavari at Eluru, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and the matter has become infructuous.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
