Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the respondent.No.1 to 5 in not taking any action against the 6th respondent who is laying brick kiln since 1998 in Sy.No.899,900,901,917 and 921 situated in Kolluru village near 45.6 K.m, mile stone to words Donepudi from kolluru near Krishna river karakatta without any permission by considering the representation of the petitioner Dt.13-12-2012, as illegal, arbitrary, against the principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the respondent.No.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the 6th respondent who is laying brick kiln since 1998 in Sy.No.899,900,901,917 and 921 situated in Kolluru village near 45.6 K.m, mile stone to words Donepudi from kolluru near Krishna river karakatta without any permission by considering the representation of the petitioner dt.13-12-2-12, and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 10437 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent.No.1 to 5 to seize the 6th respondent brick kiln including bricks situated in Sy.No.899,900,901,917 and 921 and neighbor lands situated in Kolluru village near 45.6 K.m, mile stone to words Donepudi from kolluru near Krishna river karakatta which are running without any permission, pending disposal of this write petition before this Hon'ble court and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

When the matter is called, Sri Y.Bharath Kumar Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in view of the subsequent events occurred in the lis, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
