THE STATE OF AP, GUNTUR ...RESPONDENT Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to IA NO: 1 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to issue writ or order more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the names of the petitioners for allotment of the house sites ignoring the list prepared in that regard is illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory and in violation of Articles 14 & 19 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to allot the house sites to the petitioner at par with the similarly situated persons whose names were mentioned in the list of beneficiaries and pass IA NO: 2 OF 2019 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased To vacate the interim orders dated: 18.03.2019 passed in W.P No. 3318/2019 and dismiss the writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The Court made the following ORDER:

Sri.V.Dushyanth Reddy, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the interim orders passed by this Court on 18.03.2019, respondents have issued House Site Pattas and therefore no further orders are required in the present writ petition.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
