Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the G.O.Ms. No. 287 Pa Raj and Rural Development (EandR) Department dated 03.02.2020 issued by respondents for bifurcation of existing Gavaravaram Gram Panchayat and to constitute Choppa Ramannagudem Village as new Gram Panchayat, Koyyalaguem, West Godavari District as unjust, illegal, arbitrary, Un Constitutional and Contrary to the provisions of A.P.
