O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.17321 of 2023 on 31.07.2023, wherein this Court passed the following order:

“… The Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release Rs.4,91,55,958/- to the petitioners within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his claim for interest, if any, payable by the respondents, in an appropriate forum. There shall be no order as to costs".

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. Gouthami Surapareddy (23939), learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the order dated 31.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.17321 of 2023 has been complied-with by the respondents. Therefore, requested this Court to close the contempt case.

3. Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
