Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus. iby declaring impugned relocation of Sri Sitarama Swamy temple situated in Survey number 259, Mudigedu village, Podalakuru Mandal, SPSR Nellore District is contrary to Agama Shastra and as volatile of law laid down by the Honble Division Bench in W.A.No 431 of 2022 dated 09-12-2022, and against Article 243-A of Constitution of India ii)Pass such other order or orders, as this Honble Court may deems fit, proper and appropriate in the circumstances of the case. Prayer is amended as per the Court's Order dt.09.03.2026 in I.A.No.02 of 2026.

IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.5 to 7 to take steps not to continue to start the construction without complying the rules and regulations of A.P. Gramapanchayathi Act,1994, pending disposal of the writ petition in the interest of justice and equity.
