Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the actions of the respondents in not release the pending bills to the petitioner Rs.2,44,571/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty four thousand five hundred and seventy one Only) under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (MGNREGS) Scheme, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Under Article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of Indiaunder Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (MGNREG) Scheme, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Under Article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India consequently direct the respondents to pay an amount of Rs.2,44,571/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty four thousand five hundred and seventy one Only) under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (MGNREGS) Scheme, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Under Article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 1 to 10 Respondents to release amount of Rs.2,44,571/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Forty four thousand five hundred and seventy one Only) under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee (MGNREGS) Scheme, is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Under Article 14,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India through a proper channel into the petitioner accounts pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:
