Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the Respondents not releasing the amounts of Rs. 1,96,698/- vide M Book No. 389-A/Sarpanch/2017-18 (Page No.87) and Rs.79,445/- vide M Book No.206-A/Special Officer(GP)/2019-20 (Page No.46), even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner in relation to the works i Construction of CC Drains and CC Road from Bathula Musalaiah (H) to Kommera Siva Sankar (H) BIT-4 at Karempudi (VfisM), vide Administrative Santion No. GP RC No. 60(iv)/2022-23, dated 26.09.2022 of the GP, Karempudi, under 15th Finance Grant and 2). Gravelling the roads in 13th Ward Bathula Bairagi (H) road Lowlevel Filling in Karempudi (V) of Karempudi (M) under G.P.15th Finance Grant is questioned, as the same is illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to pay for payment of amounts of Rs. 1,96,698/- vide M Book No. 389-A/Sarpanch/2017-18 (Page No.87) and Rs.79,445/- vide M Book No.206-A/Special Officer the delayed amount to the petitioner inT respect of execution of above-mentioned work forthwith and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to pay for payment of amount of Rs. 1,96,698/- vide M Book No. 389-A/Sarpanch/2017-18 (Page No.87) & Rs.79,445/- vide M Book No.206-A/Special Ofricer(GP)/2019-20 (Page No.46) with interest @24% per annum for the delayed amount to the petitioner in respect of execution of works i.e. 1).
