The Court made the following ORDER:

1. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not regularizing the services of petitioner as Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, Government Polytechnic in terms of Act 30 of 2023 Dt. 20.10.2023 and also in terms of G.O.Ms. No114, Finance (HR-I Plg Policy) Department Dt.21.10.2023 of the 2nd Respondent is illegal, arbitrary, unjust. discriminatory and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering, Government Polytechnic in terms of Act 30 of 2023 Dt.20.10.2023 and also in terms of G.O.Ms. No114, Finance (HR-I Pig Policy) Department Dt. 21.10.2023 of the 2nd Respondent with all consequential benefits and pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case, and to pass

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not regularized the services of the petitioner as Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering in Government Polytechnic, in terms of Act 30 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 and also in terms of G.O.Ms. No.114, Finance (HR-I Planning Policy) Department, dated 21.10.2023, issued by the 2nd respondent, which is illegal and arbitrary.

4. Both the learned counsel submitted that the issue involved in the present writ petition is covered by the orders passed by this Court in a batch of writ petitions, particularly in W.P. No. 35515 of 2025, and therefore, the present writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms.

5. Accordingly, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of service in terms of the Andhra Pradesh Regularization of Services of Contract Employees Act, 2023, within a period of eight (08) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications if any pending, shall stand closed.
